What is your favorite quote and why?
“What lies behind you and what lies in front of you, pales in comparison to what lies inside of you.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

I believe in the potential of each person. We are not defined by our
circumstances. Our worth and value come from who we ARE, an ever-growing, changing, and evolving human beings with limitless potential.

What are some of your hobbies?
I love to read, typically 2-3 books at a time. I also love getting lost in used bookstores and libraries. I love being outside, be it in my garden, on the water’s edge, or hiking through the woods. I love researching and learning about ancient history, especially the Neolithic and Classical/Late Antiquity Ages.

What is your most treasured accomplishment?
I have been published in 6 multi-author projects in the personal development field and I’ve been a professional speaker for the last 10 years, both of which have been my dreams since childhood.

What do you do to treat yourself?
I love manicures, pedicures, a good road trip, and having my toes in the water
😊 Add a limeade slushie from Sonic and my day is made!

What is one thing you cannot do without?
My love language is coffee and good chocolate 😉

Drinking enough water is a very important part of keeping children healthy.  Drinking enough water might sound like an easy thing to do, but many children are not getting the amount they need to stay hydrated. Dehydration can lead to many different health issues. Children's bodies are not as efficient at cooling down as adults, which makes them more prone to dehydration.
Their risk of dehydration also increases as temperatures rise.
