Who inspires you professionally or personally? And why?
My boys are an inspiration to me, on a daily basis they face different challenges with a contagious smile and confidence that draws people to them.

What is your most treasured accomplishment?
I have several titles and a plethora of awards but nothing even remotely compares to what I’ve accomplished as a mom.

Shopping (shoes/purses)
Getting my hair done is a total experience
Nails and pedicures
Girlfriend dates
What is one thing you cannot do without?
Other than my kids I would have to say The Golden Girls, I watch them every night in order to go to sleep. I was devastated when Rose died, people were literally calling and texting me asking if I was ok. I cried for days.

Here are a few ways to cultivate an attitude of thankfulness and gratitude, not only during the holiday season, but every day.
Write a thank-you note
Thank someone mentally - No time to write a note?
Thinking about a kind thing someone has done for you and thanking them in your head still counts.
Write in a gratitude journal - Pick a time once a day or once a week and write down all the things for which you are grateful.
